Can anyone help me ?

My family is thinking of moving to LA and my dad want to open a chinese restaurant there.
Since we're not in LA yet, it's a little hard to do some research before moving there.
Can anyone tell me the name / website of all paid and free chinese newspaper, magazines, classified, buy & sell papers...etc in LA ?
Also, are there any online chinese forums/medias available to place advertisements ?
