I just bought sony's computer and 953016 2 YR NB REPAIR Performance protection plan from OFFICE DEPOT last month on Feb 25,2008.now the monitor(screen) in the middle is broken. it's in an accident.but I don't know How.I have sent emails and called them so many times the other day.Sony and office depot they both have very very very bad Customer Service. Sony let me contact office depot. then Office depot let me contact sony. Both shirking responsibility, not solve the problem. Extremely irresponsible! ! !so can I repair or return?How can I do?please help me!!thanks
