about tuition fees

Here I have a question about tuition statement received from a private school. There are a Routing Number and a ABA Number on it.In fact I am a Chinese and have no idea what these two numbers are used for. So please kindly help me.
Thanks very much. Besides, please answer in Chinese so I can understand it deeper. In fact, there is something wrong with this computer so I have to use English here.
