Restrictions Apply:
•Black-Out dates apply on your second visit and thereafter. However, they do not apply on your first visit.
•Your first visit must be made on or before December 31, 2011.
•Pass will be valid for 12 months starting from the date of your first visit.
•During your first visit, bring your voucher directly to the turnstile.
•Photo ID and fingerscan will be required to enter the park in order to validate member identification.
•Your ticket may not be copied, transferred, or resold. The ticket is only valid for the person listed on it (you will be asked to enter the ticket holder's name).
•Unauthorized duplication or sale of this ticket may prevent your admittance to Universal Studios Hollywood.
•A $0.99 per ticket processing fee is included in the listed price.
•Tickets are non-refundable.
•Prices and Black-Out dates are subject to change without notice.
