关于universal studio 网上购票

我多次尝试在 Universal Studio 官网上买“Buy a Day, Get a 2nd Day Free General Admission”这种票，每次都告诉我付费不成功，显示“Sorry, your transaction could not be processed. If you would like to submit your transaction again, please review your billing and payment information and resubmit your order. ” 请问有人遇到过这种问题么？因为这种票不能再售票点买，所以想请教熟悉情况的朋友，还有什么方式可以买票么？多谢了
